Wraparound Care (Breakfast and After School Provision
At our school, we understand how important it is for families to have reliable childcare before and after the school day. That’s why we offer Breakfast Club and an After‑School Club as part of our wraparound childcare provision.
Here’s what parents need to know, based on the latest national guidance.
⭐ What Is Wraparound Care?
Wraparound care is childcare that takes place before and after the normal school day, helping families who need childcare to work, study or manage busy schedules.
Our school already provides this through:
Breakfast Club (a safe, calm start to the day)
After‑School Club (fun, supervised activities until the end of the afternoon)
⭐ Why It Matters
Wraparound care helps:
Parents manage work and home commitments.
Children start the morning right—with breakfast, routine and support.
Children end the school day safely, with fun and enriching activities.
Improve attendance and reduce stress around pick‑up and drop‑off times.
